WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED?

We accept payments by credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard), Paypal and bank transfer.

On our site payments are made securely because we use the most advanced protection systems.

HOW DOES YOUR RETURNS POLICY WORK?

I want to return the work, what can I do?

 

You have 14 days from the delivery of the work to let us know. It will be refunded once the work is returned to us. If returning after cancellation, you are responsible for packaging the work.

 

The work arrived damaged. What can I do?

 

Contact us as soon as you notice the damage. Take photos to show us the current state of the work and we will make a decision together.
Depending on the extent of the damage, we can repair the work, or you can return it for a refund. We cover repair and transportation costs in case of damage during delivery.

 

How does the refund work?

 

It will be refunded after the work is returned.

HOW ARE ARTWORKS PACKED?

The works are packaged by our staff and follow a top-level packaging process. We check the packaging before shipping and make sure the work is adequately protected.

 

How long does it take for delivery?

 

After your payment has been processed, delivery takes an average of 7 days, which leaves time for packaging and shipping. Whatever happens, we will keep you updated.

 

Who takes care of the delivery?

 

Depending on the destination and size of the work, we use companies specialized in the delivery of works of art. Sometimes we provide the delivery directly with our company van and it is also possible to collect the work at our office.

 

To which countries do you deliver?

 

We deliver everywhere, or in any case to all countries where our delivery companies operate! Any doubts? Please do not hesitate to contact us, as we will be able to find a delivery solution.

 

How much is shipping?

 

Shipping costs are included in the price, regardless of destination.

 

Is the artwork insured during delivery?

 

Absolutely! We organize and insure the transport of the work of art. You have nothing to worry about and there are no additional costs.

 

Can I send artwork to another country or to another person?

 

We will deliver to the address you indicated on your order. Generally we establish the delivery date with the person who will receive the work and whose name we have. If it's a surprise or a gift, let us know!
